01Who we are
CreatorSlots designs custom slot games for streamers. This policy covers the website creatorslots.net (currently creatorslots.vercel.app), including the team area, customer area and shared design links. CreatorSlots is responsible for your data on this site.
02What we collect

We never see your MAC address (browsers don't share it) and we never store payment card details.
03Why we use it
- To run your account and give you access to the right areas (performing our agreement with you).
- To keep the site and accounts secure: detecting suspicious sign-ins, stopping password guessing, blocking abuse (legitimate interest in security and fraud prevention).
- To share slot designs and analytics with the streamers, casinos and partners they belong to.
- To meet legal obligations, for example age requirements around gambling-related content.
We don't sell your data, don't use it for advertising, and don't build marketing profiles.
06How long we keep it
- Activity logs: 12 months, then deleted automatically.
- Account details: for as long as your account exists.
- Blocked IPs, emails or devices: for as long as the block is needed to protect the site.
- Designs and analytics: for as long as the slot project runs, or until deleted by the team.
07Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU), you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us using the details below; we answer within one month.
08Security
Accounts are protected with email verification and two-factor authentication. Data access is restricted per role at the database level, files are private and shared through expiring links, and suspicious activity is flagged to our team.
